The tech was incredibly efficient and helpful in describing what was done. Our doors are working great! I wish there was more communication between filling out a request for information online and scheduling the service. They called the day before to confirm a timeframe a tech would be there and I hadn’t realized the service was officially scheduled until then. That being said, the tech was timely and I’m glad it worked out!

The service technician did an excellent job assessing the problem I was having with my garage door. The door was not opening smoothly and was making a lot of noise while opening and closing. He replaced old and frayed wire cables as well as the pulleys and wheels. Now it is running very smoothly and quietly. I was very pleased with the overall service experience and value.

Brian and his young assistent did an absolutely fantastic job on my garage doors. I have a 1957 Colonial with the original wooden garage doors, and both bays were badly in need of a tune up. We had broken springs and pulleys, missing rollers, garage door safety eyes that were out of alignment and missing parts from being bumped over the years, worn out and broken off rubber gaskets to seal the door to the floor, rusted tracks, a poorly installed garage door opener, a keypad that had not worked since we moved into the house in 1996, and no working remotes for the cars. Well, all of that is now fixed. The doors open and close incredibly smoothly, and everything works exactly as it should. The cost was a little higher than I initially expected, but quality workmanship is worth paying for, and this job was worth every penny. Great job, Brian! I hopefully will not need garage door service again for many years, but if I do, Thompson Overhead Door Company and Brian will be the only call I make. Thank you again. Regards, Aaron Lessing
