Double garage door spring coil snapped. Came out within a day of requesting. Great work and friendly staff. Would call / use again! I didn’t compare to other garage door repairs companies so can’t say if it’s good price or not, but seemed reasonable.

Was out of town for my sister’s kidney surgery. The advertised special for new garage door rollers had expired. Contacted Thompson Overhead Door when returned home and they were willing to extend the offer. The technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous and took time to show me the finished work. Overall a pleasant experience.

The garage door technician was professional and informative. My garage door was not functioning properly. Sometimes it would close and sometimes it would go part way down and go back up. He explained what was wrong and what needed for repair.

Jason helped replace three main springs and refresh-install two complete units. He also reprogrammed one old remote and two new remotes. He is knowledgeable and most professional.

One of the cables on our garage door snapped and we couldn’t get it open. Thompson’s service representative fixed it quickly and everything works fine now. We had feared we might need to replace the motor, but that was not necessary. We were very satisfied with the quick and efficient help we received.

The tech was incredibly efficient and helpful in describing what was done. Our doors are working great! I wish there was more communication between filling out a request for information online and scheduling the service. They called the day before to confirm a timeframe a tech would be there and I hadn’t realized the service was officially scheduled until then. That being said, the tech was timely and I’m glad it worked out!

There is a lot of fraud with garage door repairs. I was relieved when a knowledgeable and honest technician arrived in a fully stocked truck. Highly recommend and will use them again.

The service technician did an excellent job assessing the problem I was having with my garage door. The door was not opening smoothly and was making a lot of noise while opening and closing. He replaced old and frayed wire cables as well as the pulleys and wheels. Now it is running very smoothly and quietly. I was very pleased with the overall service experience and value.
